Barra Church of Scotland, Isle of Barra

This is the only Protestant church on the isle. It is incredibly well kept and, in recent years, they have added a community room, kitchen and other great facilities for the use of the locals.

In the main church, the large clear glass windows flood it with light and frame the beautiful view of rolling hills beyond.  Whilst it appears to be a newer build, there is evidence of older structures and walls behind the main building and in the churchyard.
